ACB issues second notice to Pankaj Yadav for testifying against Amar Bauri

Ranchi: In the disproportionate assets case of five former ministers, ACB has sent a notice to complainant Pankaj Yadav and called him for testimony.

In the letter sent to Pankaj Yadav, ACB has written that earlier also you had been called to testify in the disproportionate assets case of Amar Bauri, but you did not appear. Therefore, you are requested to appear in the ACB office within two days and give testimony.

Pankaj Kumar Yadav had filed a PIL in the Jharkhand High Court in January 2020 demanding an investigation into the disproportionate assets of five former ministers of the Raghuvar government, Randhir Singh, Neera Yadav, Louis Marandi, Neelkanth Singh Munda and current Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bawri.

Later Pankaj Yadav also complained to ACB. After getting it passed by the cabinet, the CM had ordered an ACB investigation.
