A skeleton has been found in the forest of Palamu, the youth was missing for 17 days

Palamu:  A skeleton has been found in the forest in Palamu district of Jharkhand. The hellfire belongs to a young man missing for 17 days. The family members have identified him from the clothes, slippers and thread tied in his hand found near the dead body in the forest. Police have started an investigation.

The skeleton of a young man has been recovered from the forest of Mahuakhaala-Pachghara in Nawadih OP area of Berhampur police station area. The skeleton has been identified as Rakesh Mishra alias Monu Mishra, son of Chandrashekhar Mishra alias W Mishra of Chhipadohar village.

Monu’s family members identified him by looking at his clothes, slippers and the thread tied on his hand. Police reached the spot and started investigating the case. Monu was missing for the last 17 days. In this regard, the family members had also filed a missing case in the police station.

Family members say that Monu was missing since May 10, 2024. Even after a lot of searching, when he could not be found anywhere, an FIR was lodged in the police station. They allege that the police showed indifference in the search for their child. Didn’t look for him seriously. He got his hellfire. Due to this indifference of the police, there is anger among the villagers towards the police.
