Announcement of domicile policy has opened new doors for the youth of the stat: Das

Ranchi, May 23: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that after the announcement of the domicile policy the doors for opportunities where opened for the youth of the state who were earlier staring at a dark future.

 

Addressing a function after distributing appointment letters to the newly selected warders he said that the youth of the state with their skills and talents have made such people shut their mouths who use to create problems in every recruitment. He said that the state government was trying to remove the darkness which had plagued the state for the last 14 years.

 

He said that with the appointment of these warders would  help to address the lack of manpower in the jail department and would also help to improve the working ability and culture of the department..

 

The Chief Minister said that due to greed most of the people land in jail while the maoists outfits too are responsible for making people land in prison he said adding that the warders should work to create awareness among the inmates. Mr Das said that the appointed have got an opportunity to work as a ‘karmyogi’ and asked them to work with honesty and dedication. He asked them to maintain the honour and dignity of the poor and also help in execution of developmental schemes for the inmates.

 

Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma, Principal Secretary Home SKG Rahate and IG Prison Suman Gupta were present on the occasion.
