Mumbai: Sunita Ahuja, wife of Bollywood actor Govinda, made a humorous remark about her inheritance plans, saying she intends to leave all her property to her beloved pet dog.
Sunita was spotted at Mumbai Airport carrying her pet Chihuahua, engaging in a light-hearted interaction with photographers. She was seen lovingly holding the dog before comfortably seating it in the front seat of her car.
While placing the pet on the seat, Sunita jokingly said, “I will put all my properties in his (the dog’s) name.”
A photographer then playfully asked what would happen to her nephew, actor-comedian Krushna Abhishek. Responding with a smile, Sunita said that Krushna already has plenty and is destined for even greater success.
“He is my son. He has a lot. I have to take from him now. Krushna is a bigger person than me. May God make him even bigger. As long as I am alive, he will continue to be successful and prosper,” she said.
Sunita and Krushna reconciled publicly in April during the television show Laughter Chefs Fun Unlimited, ending a family feud that had lasted for several years. During the episode, Krushna became emotional upon seeing his aunt, apologizing to her for any hurt caused over the years.
Accepting his apology, Sunita said that Krushna was like her own son and urged everyone to move forward, putting the past behind them.
For those unfamiliar with the background, the differences between Sunita, Krushna, and Krushna’s wife Kashmera Shah had persisted for nearly 14 years and often played out in public. Krushna is the son of Govinda’s elder sister, and the two families were once known to share a close bond.
