Deoghar: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday laid emphasis on strengthening its organisational structure at the grassroots level during a monthly meeting of mandal presidents, mandal in-charges and district office-bearers of various morchas in Deoghar.
The meeting, chaired by district president Sachin Ravani, was attended by state vice-president Balamukund Sahay and Jarmundi MLA Devendra Kunwar, among other party leaders.
Addressing party workers, Balamukund Sahay stressed the importance of building a stronger organisation through active engagement at the mandal and Shakti Kendra levels. He urged district office-bearers and mandal in-charges to regularly visit their assigned areas and work with dedication to ensure the success of organisational programmes.

Highlighting the need for unity within the party, he advised workers to avoid factionalism and carry out their responsibilities with sincerity. He also announced a structured schedule for organisational meetings, stating that mandal meetings would be held during the first week of every month, district meetings in the second week, Shakti Kendra meetings in the third week, and the Mann Ki Baat programme on the last Sunday of each month.
