Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has sparked excitement among fans after teasing his upcoming film Welcome to the Jungle with a stylish new look on social media.
The actor shared a striking picture of himself along with the caption, “Next… #WelcomeToTheJungle.”
In the image, Akshay is seen walking confidently through a dense jungle backdrop while dressed in a sharp dark suit and sunglasses, giving fans a glimpse of his character from the film.
Akshay was recently seen in Bhooth Bangla, where he reunited with filmmaker Priyadarshan for a horror-comedy entertainer. The film has reportedly been performing well at the box office.
‘Welcome to the Jungle’ is the third installment of the popular Welcome franchise and features a star-studded ensemble cast including Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Aftab Shivdasani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez and Disha Patani among others.
The film will also mark the on-screen reunion of Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon after more than two decades.
Akshay began his Bollywood journey with Saugandh in 1991 and later rose to fame with action hits such as Khiladi, Mr and Mrs Khiladi and International Khiladi.
Over the years, he also became popular for comedy films like Hera Pheri, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Garam Masala and the Welcome series.
On the personal front, Akshay is married to actress-turned-author Twinkle Khanna, and the couple has two children, Aarav and Nitara.
