Ramgarh Court Reviews Auction Cases and NPA Recovery, Calls for Faster Action

Ramgarh: A key review meeting on auction-related cases and non-performing asset (NPA) accounts was held at the Civil Court premises in Ramgarh. The session was chaired by Principal District and Sessions Judge Md. Taufiqul Hasan, in the presence of District Legal Services Authority Secretary Anil Kumar.

Officials and representatives from various banks attended the meeting with updated data and progress reports, as directed earlier. Among those present were Sub-Divisional Officer Ambika Kumari, Deputy Director (Mines) Gopal Kumar Das, Circle Officer Ramgarh Ramesh Ravidas, Circle Officer Dulmi Kishori Yadav, Circle Officer Chitarpur Deepak Minj, Circle Officer Gola Sitaram Mahto, along with bank officials.

During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted on the status of pending auction cases, progress in their execution, and recovery efforts related to NPA accounts. The court instructed all bank representatives to regularly provide updated information on pending cases and to take necessary steps to accelerate recovery processes.

Officials emphasized that timely disposal of auction cases is crucial for ensuring government revenue collection and maintaining financial discipline. Strengthening coordination between banks and the administration was also highlighted as essential for improving NPA recovery outcomes.

All officials and bank representatives present assured full compliance with the court’s directives and committed to expediting the process moving forward.
