Ramgarh: To ensure faster resolution of drinking water issues in rural areas, the district administration has established a district-level control room. The initiative, taken under the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, has been set up at the office of the Executive Engineer, Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, Ramgarh.
The control room will serve as a central point where residents can lodge complaints related to water supply. The aim is to provide timely and effective solutions so that people do not face prolonged disruptions.
A team of officials has been assigned to manage the control room, including Nodal Officer Nirikhil Ranjan Kumar, Head Clerk Sanjay Kumar, along with staff members Nagendra Kumar Paswan and Dhiraj Khalkho.
