Mumbai: Actors Kritika Kamra and Gaurav Kapur are set to host an intimate and elegant sundowner wedding ceremony in Mumbai this March, with golden hues and a warm evening glow defining the celebrations.
Planned as a close-knit affair, the wedding will feature refined gold-toned décor designed to create a sophisticated yet festive ambience, followed by a celebratory party. According to sources, the main celebrations on March 12 will take place at a heritage venue in South Mumbai with colonial and Victorian-style architecture, adding a timeless charm to the occasion.
The couple will officially register their marriage on March 11 during a private ceremony at Gaurav’s residence in Bandra, attended only by immediate family members and a few close friends. Kritika’s family is expected to arrive in Mumbai in early March for the ceremonies.
Sources said the couple deliberately chose an understated and personal celebration over an extravagant one. While they value tradition, they wanted their wedding to reflect who they are—warm, rooted, elegant, and surrounded by those closest to them. The post-wedding celebration on March 12 is being planned with a grand yet meaningful vision that highlights their love for classic aesthetics and intimate gatherings.
Both Kritika and Gaurav are currently wrapping up professional commitments and are looking forward to fully immersing themselves in their wedding festivities next month.
