Last Somvari: Doors of Pahadi Mandir will open at 3 am for devotees

Ranchi: After two years there have been huge crowds of devotees during the auspicious month of Shravan in the Pahadi temple. August eight is the last Monday of the auspicious month of Shravan due to this the doors of the temple will be opened for the devotees at 3 am on Monday and the first aarti will also start at 3 am.

Astrologers believe that worshiping Shiva fulfills all wishes. There is a special significance of completing the last Monday with milk, curd and belpatra. Pandit Vinodanand Jha said, “Worshiping Shiva with sugar leads to the attainment of Lakshmi and the difficulties in life are solved.

Taking water from Swarnarekha river, Shiva devotees reach the temple on foot via Kantatoli Chowk, Sarjana Chowk, Main Road, Shaheed Chowk, Upper Bazaar Road and Gadi Khana Chowk. For the convenience of the devotees, Argha was installed in the temple on Sunday itself. This will make it easier for people to perform Jalabhishek on the first morning.

The entire campus is being monitored with CCTV cameras. In the evening, after cleaning the temple, Baba’s Shringar and aarti will be done. After Baba’s Shringar Darshan, Baba’s door will be closed at nine o’clock at the night.
