Ranchi/Deoghar: Preparations for the upcoming Shravani Mela are in full swing in the Deoghar District of Jharkhand.
Two months long Sharvani Mela will begin on July 4. In this Mela 8640 Jawans will be deployed for security arrangements. This year almost 50 Lakh Hindu Devotees will perform Jal Abhishek to the holy Shivalinga in Deoghar. District administration started its preparation.
Police Headquarters is going to deploy jawans in massive numbers this time. Jawans from the Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP) who are currently deployed in different districts of Jharkhand will have to be transferred to handle Sharvani Mela in the coming days.
All the jawans completed their training to organize the Hindu religion’s biggest event ‘Shravani Mela’ in Deoghar.
