Ranchi: A 15-day free acting workshop was started for all the students of classes 3 to 7 by Jharkhand’s well-known theatre institution Natyalaya. On the first day 21 children participated.
In the workshop by theater teachers Ayushi Bhadra, and Sukanth Thakur, children were taught organic and sattvic acting through the activities of Sinhagarjati, Hiranyachali, Hasyavedan. The aim of the workshop is to improve children’s creativity, self-esteem, cooperative skills, and time management skills by making acting a base.
Also to teach patience, improve mental health, promote empathy and develop state of mind. So that his personality can be developed in the contemporary circumstances and he can create a multidimensional identity in this finance-dominated society.
