Mumbai – Actress Alaya F, last seen in Srikanth, wowed her fans by performing a no-hands headstand, inspired by the song Unstoppable by Sia.
On Saturday, Alaya shared a video on Instagram showcasing the challenging yoga pose, setting it to a slower version of the popular track. Known as an anthem for gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts, the song usually comes with high-energy beats, but even in its downtempo form, it carried the same motivational spirit for the actress.
In her caption, Alaya wrote:
“When Unstoppable by Sia plays, just know, anything can happen. No hands headstand (Please do not try this at home. I have been practicing yoga for many years with proper training and guidance. Such movements require patience, practice, and body awareness. Always learn step by step and under expert instruction).”
Her post drew admiration from across the film fraternity. Actress Elli AvrRam commented, “Damn! Amazing strength.” Actor Ronit Roy added, “Wait, what!!!!! Damn girl (sic).”
Her mother, Pooja Bedi, proudly wrote:
“OMG!!!!! That’s pushing every boundary of agility, strength, and discipline. So sooo proud and in awe.”
Filmmaker Farah Khan chimed in, calling her, “Crazy good… the Vitruvian girl.”
This isn’t the first time Alaya has impressed fans on social media. Recently, she shared a dance video performing a semi-classical routine with her choreographer to the song Mitwa from Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, dressed in a black chikankari kurta and white palazzo.
Alaya, who has been making her mark in Bollywood, is known for films like Freddy, Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat, U-Turn, and Srikanth.
