BJP to hold agitation at district headquarters from Nov 21-25

Ranchi: The state BJP will be organising agitation against the state government at the district level across the state from November 21-25. In the agitation top leaders of the party will be participating in the agitation in different districts on different days.

On November state BJP president Deepak Prakash would lead the demonstration in Ranchi while leader of legislature wing of BJP Babulal Marandi will be participating in agitation in Chaibasa on November 22, Giridih November 24 and Dumka on November 25. 

Union Minister Arjun Munda will be participating in the agitation on November 22 in Gumla while national vice president and former Chief Minister Raghubar Das will be in Dhanbad on November 23 and Union Minister Annapurna Devi will be participating in the agitation on November 24 in Palamu.

State BJP president and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash on Saturday claimed that the tenure of the present Jharkhand government was full of corruption and scams. 

Addressing a press conference at the state BJP headquarters here he said that after the Chief Minister appeared before the ED for questioning the JMM and the Congress did drama in the capital as if they had fought for the freedom of the country or had provided a much-needed respite to the people. 

He said that since there were corruption charges therefore he was summoned by the ED. Pointing a survey he said that in cases of murder Jharkhand ranked first in the country while it was zero in area of development.
