No manual entry of revenue dispute from May 1-Rajbala

Ranchi, Mar 31: Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma has directed that from
May 1 new cases should be registered  under e-court for
revenue administration and order of the case would also be made
available online.
During the review of the Revenue and Land Reforms department here she
directed that whatever cases are ending at the level of CO, SDO, LRDC,
ADC and DC level there data should be filled on-line by April 21.
She said that from May 1  cases related to revenue
department the matter would be entered on-line and in the process of
solving the cases the date of hearing would also be made available via
on-line so that the people have information about the details of the
order. She directed that the cases under section 107/109/133/144/145
and 147 would also be handled in the e-court. Ms Verma directed that
whatever the cases are pending at the divisional commissioner
level and at the board of revenue level they should be made
computerised.
The Chief Secretary said that if the cases of the revenue department
are taken up online than it would help to bring transparency and cases
would be disclosed in a time bound manner. She directed that all the
old cases related to the revenue department be also made on-line so
that it can also be helpful in the execution of ease of doing
business. Ms Verma said that ACs would now be functioning as the nodal
officers for handling cases related to the revenue department.

 

The
online mutation  and integration task s being currently executed by
the NIC in the state such cases would also be linked to e-court.
Those present also included IT Secretary Sunil Barnwal, Secretary
Revenue K K Soan and other officials.
