Labour Minister inaugurates Dak Bungalow at Maa Bhadrakali complex Itkhori

Chatra: Labour Minister Satyanand Bhokta reached Chatra during he inaugurated a bungalow built by the Zilla Parishad with an amount of about three crores near the famous historical Maa Bhadrakali temple at Itkhori. 

On this occasion, many dignitaries including Chatra Deputy Commissioner Abu Imran, Simaria MLA Kishun Das, Zilla Parishad President Mamta Devi were present in large numbers. A total of 26 rooms and two suites have been constructed in this modern guest house, which is fully airconditioned, built with a view to a better accommodation of tourists and devotees.

On this occasion, the minister said that the State Government is very serious about the development of tourism. He said that with the construction of such a stateof- the-art Dak Bungalow in the temple premises, tourists and devotees coming from outside would now get better facilities and local people would also get employment opportunities. 

He said that there is immense potential for tourism in the district. The government is working on an action plan to develop all tourist destinations. The Labour Minister said that other development works like marriage hall and park etc will also be done at this historical site.
