Ramgarh: An impressive Passing out Parade of newly Recruits of the Punjab Regimental Centre was held at Kila Hari Drill Square of Punjab Regimental Centre, Ramgarh Cantt on Saturday.
In the parade 234 trained soldiers after nine months of hard training took their vows to do and die for the country in presence of National Flag and Religious scriptures of Shrimadh Bhagawat Geeta and Guru Granth Sahib to make the supreme sacrifice to uphold the Constitution of India. They presented an excellent and enthusiastic spectacular Parade with the marching tunes ‘Kadam Badhaye Jaa’ played by the most decorated Regimental Band.
The Reviewing Officer congratulated all newly attested soldiers on the successful completion of their training and motivated them to have faith in their training that shall sail them through various challenges awaiting ahead. He also said that there was a need to work together with hard work, loyalty and honesty for the pride of the Indian Army to augment the pride of the Regiment.
On this occasion, he presented Medals and Awards to young soldiers for their excellent performance during the training.
