Ranchi: Congress party has demanded the state government to open parks, theatres and coaching institutions in the state.
JPCC spokesperson Alok Kumar Dubey said that for the last nine months the coaching institutions are closed which has impacted the studies of the children and their preparations for various competitive exams. He said that time has come when the coaching institutions be opened in a phase wise manner.
He said that livelihood of lakhs of people depend on parks, entertainment spots, cinema halls and coaching institutions. He said that with case of decline in Coronavirus it is important that these spots are opened.
He said that even the owners of coaching institutions and entertainment are in deep distress. Dubey said that since the children and youth have remained locked in their homes for 9 months it has impacted their mental growth. Moreover the people have already started visiting the picnic spots and parks for new year celebrations therefore it will be beneficial if parks can be opened with proper guidelines
