Guv and CM ask people to use masks and maintain social distancing

Ranchi: Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu and Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday issued a video message through which they have asked the people to use masks and maintain social distancing.

The Governor said that the entire world was grappling with the pandemic and in these times unless a vaccine comes out the people should maintain a distance of two feet, use masks and also should regularly wash their hands and face.

The Chief Minister on his part said that awareness is the main tool for treatment. He said that whether the people are sitting and talking, travelling in train or flights at all the places the guidelines which have been issued by the government should be followed.

He said that people will have to maintain social distancing, use masks and regularly clean up their hands and will have to also help the people in their surroundings as amid the global pandemic awareness is the main source of treatment.
