Ranchi: State’s Education Minister Jaggarnath Mahto who is battling Coronavirus has been shifted to Medica Hospital from RIMS.
On Monday the minister was admitted at COVID center of RIMS but as his oxygen levels kept fluctuating, therefore, it was decided to shift him to Medica on Thursday.
On Wednesday a unit of plasma was also given to the minister. The doctors treating him at RIMS said that his condition is stable but as no significant improvement could be made in his health therefore he has been shifted to the private hospital.
On Sunday Jaggarnath Mahto had complained of breathing difficulties along with mild fever, cough and cold after which on Monday he was brought in an ambulance to Ranchi from his house located in Bhandaridah of Bokaro district.
