Godda: Congress party’s Mahgama MLA Dipika Pandey Singh has tested positive for Coronavirus.
The MLA through a Tweet herself shared information in this regard. The doctors have initially decided to keep her in isolation inside for home itself.
“Me and some of my family members have tested positive for Coronavirus. Recently I have also met many people..the doctors have decided to keep me in home isolation. All of you those who have come in my contact are requested to adopt the necessary precautions,” she tweeted.
Ms Pandey had also kept herself in self-isolation after she had earlier returned from a trip to the US earlier this year and was later shifted to isolation ward of RIMS.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren has played for speedy recovery of the MLA. However prior to her a cabinet minister in the Soren government and two MLAs had also tested positive for Coronavirus but all of them have managed to defeat Covid-19 and have returned back to their home and works.
