Union Coal Secretary meets Raghubar discusses Jharia rehabilitation work

Ranchi, Jul 7: Union Coal Secretary Sushil Kumar today met Chief
Minister Raghubar Das at the project building here.
During the meeting he informed the Chief Minister that he had visited
Jharia to take stock of the situation and said that work would be done
on war footing to build a new township.

Assuring him of all possible help Chief Minister Raghubar Das said
that the government would also be soon providing land for the new
railway line and would seek the help of the professionals to build the
town ship as a target has been sent to start work by mid August. He
asked the Coal Secretary to start a skill development center and bus
service in the area.

Those present in the meeting also included Rural Development Minister
Neelkanth Singh Munda, Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma, Joint Secretary
of the Union Coal Ministry Vivek Bhardwaj and CCL CMD Gopal Singh.
