Ranchi: Soon the different spots located the prominent roads of the state capital would get a facelift as work has commenced to beautify the junctions on the roads.
Secretary of the Urban Development Department Vinay Kumar Choubey visited Karamtoli, New Market Chowk, Kutchury, Jail Chowk and Hinoo Chowk during which he saw the traffic signal arrangements and message display board.
He asked the officials of the JUDCO to prepare a full proof plan for junction improvement so that accordingly plans can be executed. The officials said that there might be a need to shift some electric poles and other projects as part of the beautification project. The Secretary said that there was a need to make proper planning so that with coordination with other departments concerned work can be started.
