Ranchi, Jun 8 :Former Bihar Chief Minister Jaggannath Mishra appeared before a special CBI court in connection with the multi crore Fodder Scam case.
Mr Mishra appeared before the court in two separate cases related to fraudulent withdrawal of funds from Doranda Treasury in case number RC47A/96 and Dumka Treasury in case number RC 38A/96.
The court granted him bails in both the cases after furnishing private bonds of Rs 1 lakh each in both the cases.
Meanwhile former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav would also tomorrow appear before the special CBI court in connection with another Fodder scam case related to withdrawal of funds from Deoghar Treasury in case number RC 64 A/96.
In this case there are a total of 34 accused included Mr Yadav and Mr Jaggannanth Mishra. The case was related to fraudulent withdrawal of 97 lakh from Deoghar treasury.
