Girls outshine boys in CBSE Class 12 results

Ranchi, May 28: After ending days of speculation and suspense the
Central Board of Secondary Education finally came out with its
intermediate results in which the honour of being All India topper was
bagged by Raksha Gopla of Noida Uttar Pradesh who scored 99.6 pc.
Harsh Sah of SR DAV Public School Pundag emerged first in Ranchi
district as scored 97.8 pc in science stream. In Science the students
of DPS Ranchi Manya, Anirudh and Anil Ojha and Udesh Katyan of JVM
Shyamali managed to score 97 pc marks .  Ashish from GGPS Bokaro has
scored 98 pc marks in Science.
In Commerce by scoring 98.2 pc Muskan Goyal topped in commerce. She is
a student of DPS while in Arts Titir Patra of JVM Shyamali scored 96
pc marks to emerge district topper in arts. A total of 39,000 students
from the state had appeared in the exams while from Ranchi about
10,000 students from various CBSE Schools had appeared in the exams.
The CBSE Patna zone which comprises Bihar and Jharkhand students from
633 schools had sat in the exams while 1054 schools had appeared in
10th examination. Zone wise Patna registered an overall pass per
centage of 74.90 pc. A total of 75,863 students had appeared in exam
out of which 54,546 had passed.

filling up the necessary columns of roll numbers and other relevant
information.
In Dhanbad Nikita Bhaduri has topped in commerce with 97.40 pc marks.
Her father runs a TV repairing shop at Bank Mode while her mother is a
house wife. Nikita wants to pursue her career in companies
secretaries. Suruchi Aggarwal of Rajkamal Sraswati Vidya Mandir scored
96 pc markes while Dhanbad Public School Student Tanish Rathore manage
to score 94 pc marks in Arts.
