All opposition parties to participate in Mahadharan on April 27 at Vidhansabha

Ranchi, Apr 25: The opposition parties would stage a joint demonstration before the Vidhan Sabha on April 27 when the special session of the Jharkhand Assembly would be held on the GST issue.

 

Members of all the opposition parties would be participating in the demonstrations. A decision in this regard was taken in a joint meeting of the Congress, JMM, RJD, JD(U), SP and the left parties.

 

Mahanagar president Surendra Singh said that during teh meeting the pathetic condition of law and order and the anti-people policies and decisions were taken up. He said that the law and order situation in the state had declined and murders were taking in broad day light.

 

He said that the state government has failed to curb crime and was rather ordering police fire on people who demand justice. He said that other demands also included a CBI probe into the murder of former deputy mayor of Dhanbad Neeraj Singh. Mr Singh said that former Union MInister and senior Congress leader Subodhkant Sahai would be the chief guset at the agitation programme.
