Janmukti Parishad (JJMP) created havoc at Kundi mines of the Magadh
Project of the Central Coalfields Ltd located at Tandw of this
district.
The ultras set on fire a hyva belonging to the BPR company which was
involved in transportation of coal and also badly damaged couple of
other vehicles. After executing the incident the ultras also left
pamphlets on the spot demanding for levy which also contained the name
of the ultras and their mobile numbers. The Maoists also took with
them mobile of five vehicle drivers and also took away the keys of the
vehicles.
While the incident has created fear among the workers on the other
hand after the incident Chatra SP Anjani Kumar Jha and Tandwa SDPO
Ashutosh Shekhar also reached on the spot and inquired into the
matter. The police was also conducting raids at the possible hide outs
of the Maoists.
A month ago ultras of the CPI(Maoists) had carried out blast at the
Amrapali Coal Project of the CCL for the want of levy. TheĀ  repeat of

style of the security personnel responsible for industrial security.
