Small and medium industries board to be constituted: Das

Ranchi, Mar 27: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that by setting up
small industries a large number of the people could  be linked with
employment and the government too was working to create a network of
small industries in the state.
To encourage the people small and medium scale industries board is
being constituted which would help to promote such industries, he said
adding that the women of the state are very hardworking and the
government is also running several schemes for encouraging the women
entrepreneurs.
Mr Das was addressing a function after presenting the awards to state
level entrepreneurs for the year 2016 organised under Pradhan Mantri
Rojgar Srijan Programme. During the function in total of eight
categories the wards were presented which included Precision
engineering, Mickey Wire Works Pvt Ltd, Steel City Campto Aids Pvt
Ltd, Micro Metal Craft, Alcast, Jyoti Ceo Rubber and Ashoka Foundary
and Equipayment Pvt Ltd while for micro industries award under (PMGEP)
were given to Gange Industries, Global Fiber Tech, DDS Enterprises and
Lari Garments.
In the first prize an award of Rs 50,000 second prize Rs 40,000 and in
third prize Rs 25,000 cheque and shawl was presented. The women
entrepreneurs were also felicitated. Those present in the function
also included Industries Secretary Sunil Kumar Barnwal.
