Pakur court asks Shilpa Shetty to be physically present on April 18

Dhanbad, Mar 27: In connection with the murder of Congress leader and
former deputy mayor of Dhanbad Neeaj Singh the SIT Team has arrested
the third named accuse Jaynendra alias Pintu and has also arrested
Sanjay Singh who is the brother of Ranjay Singh from Sasaram of Bihar.
Talking to the press CID ADG Ajay Kumar said that police probe was
moving in the right  direction and as evidences are appearing further
actions is being initiated by the police. He said that currently the
police is working together on the murder of Ranjay Singh and Neeraj
Singh as there seems to be some inter-connection between the two
murders.
He said that as part of the further probe brother of Ranjay Singh and
third named accused Jaynendra Singh have been arrested. He said that
questioning was also on with other two named accused Gaya Singh and
Mahant Pandey. When asked about the arrest of BJP’s Jharia MLA Sanjeev
Singh and his brother, the ADG said that police was working on the
basis of the evidences which are appearing. However he said that at
correct opportunity the MLA would also be questioned.
Meanwhile Dhanbad SSP Manoj Ratan Chouthe has suspended the officer
in-charge of Saraidhela Police Station Arbind Kumar for negligence in
work. In his place officer-incharge of Chirkunda Niranjan Tiwari has
been sent to Saraidhela while Manoj Gupta who awaiting posting has
been asked to assume charge at Chirkunda. Arbind Kumar has been
suspended on the charges that he did not take quck action after Neeraj
Singh was shot dead.
Meanwhile the district police after the murder of Neeraj Singh has
provided security to his uncle and former state cabinet minister Bacha
Singh, his brother and current deputy mayor of Dhanbad Eklavya Singh
and his younger brother Abhishek Kumar Singh alias Chotu. All of them
have been provided two police personnel while security has been
increased outside the home of Neeraj Singh. Earlier too the members of
‘Raghukul’ had sought protection from the police stating that they
feared for their lives but were denied security.
