Ranchi, July 16 (IANS):Three defused rocket launchers were recovered from a pond of Jharkhand’s Hazaribagh district, police said Monday.
According to Police, the fishermen recovered from a pond situated at Garu of Hazaribagh district while trapping fishes on Sunday evening. The Hazaribagh Police was informed about recovery of the rocket.
Police took the rocket launchers in their possession. On investigation it was found that the rocket launchers were defused. Police still investigating how the three defused rocket launchers reached to pond.
Police suspect that the Maoist Guerrillas might have hided the rocket launchers in the pond.
