People of Karnataka rejected Congress for its anti development policies says CM:

Ranchi, May 15: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that the anti people and anti development policies of the Congress made sure that the people of Karnataka rejected the party.

Addressing a press conference at the project building here Mr Das congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP’s national president Amit Shah over BJP’s strong showing in the polls as the party managed to emerge as the single largest party in the results of the assembly polls which were declared today.

He said that this performance was attributed to the development oriented policies of the BJP. He said that 125 crore people of the nation have their trust on the Prime Minister and Karnataka was the 21st state where party has managed a strong showing and added that the performance in the state has opened victory doors for the BJP in South India.

Mr Das said that four years ago when Prime Minister Narendra Modi had assumed power BJP was in power in eight states while now it was in position to form the government in the 21st state of the country mainly on account of the policies and programmes of the party. He exuded confidence that in the days to come BJP will also bag power in Odisha and West Bengal.

The Chief Minister said that his party will fulfill the dream of having a Congress Mukht Bharat. He said that the mandate given by the people of Karnataka reinforces the confidence that the reign of the nation was in strong hands and in the country communalism and casteism have no role to play but only development will call all the shots.
