Cabinet nod to dismiss Nirmal Kumar Toppo

Ranchi, Apr 18: The Jharkhand government has decided to sack Nirmal Kumar Toppo, a JPSC officer of 2003 batch.

A decision in this regard was taken in the meeting of the state cabinet which was chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das at the project building here.
An official press release issued after the meeting said that Nirmal umar Toppo in his stint as CO of Chas was accused in illegal tranfer of 103 acres of forest land, moreover he was also found to be absent from the post of CO of Thetheitangar of Simdega district. Following the verification of the allegations the state government has decided to sack the officers fro which approval has been also received from JPSC.
