RIMS medical board once again recommends higher medical center for Lalu Yadav

Ranchi, Mar 27:  The medical board of Rajendra Institute of Medical
Sciences (RIMS) has once again recommended to the administration of Birsa
Munda Central Jail to send former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu
Prasad Yadav to a higher medical institution.

Mr Yadav  once again went through a health check up after which RIMS
Director R K Srivastav said that there has been no improvement in the
situation of Mr Yadav therefore he should be sent to a higher medical
center.

Doctors in the hospital said that blood sugar of Mr Yadav is fluctuating
while his serum creatinine level was also up. They maintained that since Mr
Yadav also has heart related issues therefore he should remain under
continuous monitoring and care of the doctors.

Mr Yadav was admitted at RIMS on March 17 after he complained about health
related issues. The RIMS administration has also put a ban on those who
want to meet Mr Yadav and only such people who have permission approved
from the Birsa Munda jail authorities are granted access to meet the leader.
