Ranchi, Dec 11: Former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav alongwith another former Chief Minister Jagganath Mishra appeared before the special CBI courts here in connection with the multi crore fodder scam case.
Mr Yadav alongwith Mr Mishra appeared in the court of justice SS Prasad in case number RC68A/96 which is related to fraudulent withdrawal of funds worth Rs 32 crore from the Chaibasa treasury . The court had in this case issued orders to Mr Yadav and others to appear physically before the court.
However interacting with the press Mr Jagganath Mishra said that that he was being deliberately framed in the case and was being harassed by the agency.
Later Mr Yadav also appeared before the court of justice Shivpal Singh in connection with RC 64A/96 and RC 38A/96 and also appeared before justice Pradeep Kumar in case number RC47A/96.
