Ranchi, Oct 31: The united opposition parties in the state came down heavily on the Raghubar Das government of Jharkhand and said that the BJP did not have any achievements to highlight to the people therefore it was propagating the idea of nationalism to divide the attention of the people from the core issues.
Addressing the rally at the Morhabadi Grounds here former Chief Minister and JVM(P) president Babulal Marandi said that the government has made up its mind to sell the state in the hands of the corporate houses. He said that the present government has not done anything for the betterment of the tribals but was working for the last several years to capture their land. Attacking the minning show he said that the event was a misuse of the hard earned money of the people.
Former Union Minister and Senior Congress leader Subodhkant Sahai said that the state government is just busy in loot and has mislead the people of the state. He said that the government was trying to sell the land and forests of the state and the tribals of the state are being exploited. JMM’s Silli MLA Amit Mahto accused the state government of taking away the rights of the tribals and said that youth are being cheated in the name of providing employment. He said that in the name of inspector recruitment the youth are being mislead while all the exams of JPSC are in the wrong news. He asked the people to throw out this government.
State RJD president Guatam Sagar Rana said that the state government has always attacked on the rights of the adivasis and the moolvasis and in the name of mining how it was ready to sell the mineral reserves of the state to corporate Adani and Ambani.
