Ranchi, Oct 9: Jharkhand Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma handed over a 12 point task to all the DCs of the state and would reviewing the progress of the works through a video conferencing on October 16.
Ms Verma asked the districts not to make sure that no negligence of lackadaisical approach is made in execution of these schemes and work should be completed on time. She asked the DCs to allot work to all the DDC, ACs and SDOs and fix their responsibility.
The DCs have been asked that under ease of doing business entries of all commercial courts, holdings and plot number entry which are pending be made and issues related to industries, pollution control and power ne solved accordingly. She said that the cleanliness app be downloaded in 30-40 pc homes in every district. She said that camps should be organized at the ward level and campaign should be also held at the school, colleges and bus stand and railways stations.
She also asked the officials not to be negligent in the area of ODF and those working better should be encouraged and felicitated. She said that Hazaribagh, Jamtara, Khunti and Sahibganj and Latehar be made ODF by 2017 while slip back toilets be complete by Mnrega.
