Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Monday released three books written on the life of Rajya Sabha MP Shibu Soren on the occasion of his birthday.
The three books have been written Anuj Kumar Sinha. The books have been titled Dishom Guru: Shibu Soren (Hindi), Tribal Hero Shibu Soren (English) and Suno Bachon, Adivasi Sangharsh Ke Nayak Shibu Soren (Guruji) Ki Gatha.
Dishom Guru: Shibu Soren is the story of struggle of life of Shibu Soren. In the book details have been shared as to under what circumstances Shibu Soren was forced to leave the school and start an agitation against Mahajani Pratha, how he made the tribals get back their land, how he started the Dhan Kato Andolan.
The book tells how Guruji spent his life in the hills of Parasnath for a long time, how he united the tribals and ran a campaign to remove the social evils prevailing in the tribals community. The books also has insights as to how he joined hands with Binod Bihari Mahto and AK Rai and formed Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. The book has also details of political life of Shibu Soren and also consists of some rare pictures of his life.
Tribal Hero is the English Version of the book Shibu Soren while through the third book through pictures an attempt has been made to make the children aware about the struggles of Shibu Soren.
